Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect others to do the same. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their agents can send us a takedown notice related to any infringement issues. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To report copyright infringement, you must provide specific details in your notice.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- Details of the infringing material and where it can be found;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- Statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use;
- Statement of accuracy and authorization by the copyright owner.
Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims. Takedown notices should be submitted through the Contact page via email.
It is important to note that we may disclose the details of the copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you have the option to send a counter notification to have it restored. Your notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description and original location of the removed material;
- Statement of belief that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Send your counter notice through the Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We enforce a strict policy against copyright infringement. We monitor and terminate accounts of repeat infringers as required by the DMCA.
Modifications
We hold the right to update our DMCA policy page as needed. We recommend checking back regularly for any revisions.
